Pricing questions
How do I pay?
You'll receive an invoice in US dollars. Half is paid to start the audit, and the rest when you receive your report.
How long does an audit take?
A small business audit usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Larger audits get a timeline in the quote.
When can I use the free retest?
Any time within 60 days of receiving your report. I'll recheck every issue from the original audit.
Will an audit make my site ADA compliant?
An audit shows you exactly what to fix. Your site becomes accessible once those fixes are made, and the retest confirms them. No one can honestly guarantee you won't be sued, but fixing real barriers is the strongest step you can take.
