Services

The scope, price, timeline and payment terms of each audit are set out in your quote or invoice. If a quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

Not legal advice

I provide accessibility testing and reporting. I am not a lawyer, and nothing on this site or in my reports is legal advice. If you have received a demand letter or lawsuit, please speak with an attorney.

No guarantee against lawsuits

An audit identifies accessibility barriers and how to fix them. It cannot guarantee that your website is free of every issue, or that you won't receive a complaint or lawsuit.

Audits reflect a point in time

Findings describe your website as it was when tested. New content, design changes, and third-party apps can introduce new barriers after an audit.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving me access to the pages in scope, making the fixes in your website, and confirming you have the right to have the website tested.

Confidentiality

I keep your website details, access and findings confidential. I won't name you as a client without your permission.

Reports and content

Once paid in full, your audit report is yours to use within your organization and to share with your developers, vendors and lawyers. The content of this website, including articles, belongs to ADA Audit Pro.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I'm not liable for indirect losses, including legal costs or lost revenue.

Website content

Articles and guides on this site are general information, provided as they are, and may not fit your situation.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Work already agreed follows the terms in place when it was agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
