ADA Audit Pro ("I", "me") is run by Rohit, an independent accessibility auditor based in India. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.
Information you give me
When you use a form on this site, you may give me your name, email address, website address, company name, and the details you write in your message. I use this only to reply to you, send your free video check or quote, and deliver any audit you hire me for.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the services that run this site receive basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are added.
Services that help run this site
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- Web3Forms receives form submissions and forwards them to my email.
- Google provides the web fonts on this site and my email inbox.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the services above. I only send you one follow-up after a video check or quote. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time.
Client website information
Anything I see while auditing your website, including test accounts, unpublished pages and findings, is kept confidential and used only to deliver your audit.
How long I keep information
I keep emails and project records only as long as needed to work with you and for my business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing hello@adaauditpro.org. I'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
